Look at ALL of us. Look at how many of us all opening ourselves towards the same destination. We can completely and absolutely create change, that is to be certain. One way is to begin by establishing, however possible, specific days once a week or once a month, where we do not support the monetary. What I mean is don't buy anything. This would create a substantial dent in the Matrix. If we can just get it into our heads, like 'no car day' in Mexico City, it can operate as another starting point to show, that we have power collectively and we CAN effect tremendous change by simply not participating, 1 day a month for example. On this day if it's a must to buy, support only the small, local establishments. The result to large corps. and banks would be in the billions on an international scale. Think about it. We would simply refuse to participate in their game, on their terms.

Sir, I too am in my 50,s and do so wish to contribute to a saner more humane world.
At present, human intelligence is employed more in the service of brutality, control and death than for care of each other and the very planet upon which we all depend. Something is clearly wrong! Conclusion : Human patholgical mind states and habituated thought patterns+fear must evolve to more peaceful intelligent ways of being; towards intelligent scientific thought and selflessness; aknowledging that if just one indiviual suffers so do we all, for we are in fact all one.
Once one has become aware of this + the constant change in life in evolutionary terms we can participate with this process in a positive manner. Presently humanity + our outmoded systems and the monetary banking structure are counterproductive to this natural process. It is an imperative for this to change if we are to survive and for all life to benefit and coninue to grow.
The zeitgeist movement+the venus project offer an option for all kind, loving and intelligent humans to initiate the process for great and lasting change on the planet. It is possible to live together in a non-competitive world , to free ourselves from fear, to learn that as we evolve our potential may in fact be as large as imagination!May your path and courage lead you to constant learning+growth+joy!
best,

I want to help, I wish I could help. I am not poor. On the contrary, I am quite well off. I can give up everything but I can't just give up the roof over our heads and food on our table for a cause that may not provide the basic survival needs in the interim. I am on the inside looking out and feeling very depressed at the state of things. I need help but have no where to turn. I have a family. I am an ex military regular, defense contractor and a freemason, retired from my duties but still involved. I cannot speak for fear or reprisal. I cannot act in the belief that others may be hurt or worse. I am screaming inside for release because I know some truths. So many are suffering for no reason other than manipulative control. I would though try if the right person contacted me. A kind of "humanati" for lack of a better word. I do not like these people nor their methods and I want to help rid the world of their oppression. I am not asking anyone to contact me other than someone directly involed with the Zeitgeist movement and even then I am not sure, it is dangerous. This is my first attempt to publically stand up for what I know is right. There is a bit of everything here, including the little people. Can't say much really, it would not take much to find me based on my testimony. i.e. tech research, locations. I took some serious oaths, I really do not know what to do. I do not fear for myself but my family and friends. I will say that I am in my 50's. Did you know that 1 little castor on the leg of a govt office chair cost the Canadian taxpayer $150,(in the 70's) that would be $600 for 1 chair, without the chair. Please do not abuse this offer or I will disappear very quickly. I do not want money, only equality and freedom for all. I have skills, I can help.

While it's true, Chris, that "religion is not part of the zeitgeist movement", neither is the abandonment or persecution of those that choose to believe.
You just take care of what your core belief will be, and leave others to theirs.

Though I advocate a non-violent approach (as I'm not much of a fighter) to solving the problems facing this planet's ecosystems, and of course, the human species, and I would much rather think or talk my way out of the line of fire, a thought occurs: how do we change our future significantly for the better, when trying to reason with particularly unreasonable people (pumped up riot police/soldiers, religious fanatics who see us as agents of "the devil", etc.) is something of an uphill battle? If it gets to the point where the police/military (quietly or not) round us up and imprison us (or worse, maybe while under martial law?) for refusing to "behave in an orderly fashion" - who is left to change things, or to defend us from continued, unprovoked, brutal attack by the armed forces? How do we change things on an ongoing basis without, say, disarming(?) violent, dangerous people like these?
I'm not trying to suggest that we go out of our way to provoke/attack the police or military, or something extreme like that, but it's hard to initiate a dialogue when bullets are flying overhead and people are getting "subdued for breaking curfew/refusing to disperse/participating an unlawful gathering - in accordance with the law" with "riot batons" (a.k.a. collapsable steel clubs) and worse.
Please forgive me for being so blunt (and contemptuous toward our benificient and wonderfful, morally perfect leaders :P), but, at the risk of being sarcastic as well (too late, i suppose), the nuts and bolts of non-violent opposition are not common knowledge, and I would like to know, in advance, rather than finding myself going - "oh, I know! let's improvise!", followed by being perforated by automatic fire.

Sorry for the drama, but it just winds me up thinking about people being imprisoned, beaten, and in some cases, tortured, and assassinated/killed - for stepping out of line.
As for specific questions regarding non-violent opposition, I honestly don't know where to begin. Aside from a few quotes from the likes of Ghandi and Dr. Martin Luther King, I know nothing of it. Maybe someone with experience in exactly that should write a column on the forum? a kind of "Beginners Guide"?

For over eight years, I have followed the progression of many, proponents of conspiracies, and what I have found common to all cases, is there total dependency on these same institutions for their survival. So how can we trust them to embrace change, when the essence for their being is, intertwined to and with the same organization that they so vehemently oppose, the very institutions, responsible for the dilemma we are now facing.
I honestly believe that if there are any” real” humans out there in the public, who strongly want to embrace change, then the Venus project is, and will be the only alternative, as all other systems tried, has always imposed on the population of planet earth corruption, death, secrecy and deception.
How can we negotiate, with the very system that has on countless occasions brought our economic system to its knees, and obviously will continue to do so as long as the present system of survival is dependent on the international bankers, who themselves are responsible for the social catastrophes that have plagued this planet, for the last 600 years. This is a very conservative estimate.
Mister Jacques Fresco has held on for 93 years to show us the way, we of the scientific and technical communities of earth. Are we going to let the world down, when it needs us the most, or are we going to give Mr. Fresco a hand, while he is still around and capable of overseeing and directing this mammoth undertaking. The choice is ours, we can sit back and await the culmination of possible annihilation, or we can step up to the plate and help. What will it be?
This is Howard signing off
Thank you, and good luck to all

You have to start some where. The best thing you can do right now is just get more information. It will take a HUGE amount of people to make this work, but if people start becoming aware of what's really going on and what we are really capable of now, then we do have a chance, and that's a start.

If you have not already watch the Zeitgeist movies and movement guide. There's a lot of good info in them and you can start doing your own research after that to learn even more.

Hope that helps. Also know your not alone, there's a lot of people out there joining the movement every day from almost every country.

You are exactly right everything is controlled by the banking systems, government, and institutions but I think there could be a possibility of change if we use the system against itself. For instance if you buy a house its more then likely you will have a mortgage. However, if you buy a house with a mortgage being self sufficient with utilities you can use your resources such as excess electricity to fund your mortgage while maintaining power to your appliances, heat or w.e. The trick is to keep your monthly costs down so money will not be circulated quickly. If enough people started doing by finding means of better more self reliant ways of harvesting goods the economy would crumble simply because there would be not enough demand for money. You can be a type a person who looks at a problem and say it will never be fixed or you can be someone who tries to find ways of solving it. How are you different from the many people that say nothing will ever change?

Being a skeptic, for most of my adult life, it is difficult for me to accept new ideas, especially when considering the fact, that all industrial engineers and technicians, who have tried to contribute towards the elevation of the human species, have all suffered the same fate, when trying to introduce their earth sustaining inventions, into the global arena.
Therefore if you haven’t yet, been subjected, to their grisly devices, then the question is then why not. All alternate forms of social reform over the last ,at least 600 years, have all been funded by the international banking institutions, beginning with Napoleon, Max and Trotsky, Lenin, Stalin, Hitler, and even our own President Roosevelt.
All movements, like the green peace, woman’s liberation, Gay rights, black-panther, and others, have all been financed by the banking institution, so I ask my self, why should you be any different?
Considering the monumental effort it is going to take to get this project off the ground, the logistics is mind boggling. The resources, manpower, and technical availability will run into the multiple millions, including personnel, equipment, and resources not to mention the timetable to get this at least on a temporary global footing. So with the absence of monetary considerations, how in the world can this ever, materialize?
Unless the present global system is hijacked, and control of the huge military industrial complex dismantled, I don’t think, we have a chance in hell. As the powers that be, will just target your efforts from space or where ever and just blow you to smithereens.
Unless we decide to be martyrs for the cause, and to be honest, I don’t mind being a matter for facilitating change.
But as I said I am a skeptic, and I know within the next, few months, there will be the beginnings of a global take over, and unless we can stop them in there tracks, there is no hope of this project making it off the drawing board.
Any comment as to how and when we could ever be in control, would be appreciated.
Howard Israel Benrohan

But as I said I am a skeptic, and I know within the next, few months, there will be the beginnings of a global take over, and unless we can stop them in there tracks, there is no hope of this project making it off the drawing board.
Any comment as to how and when we could ever be in control, would be appreciated.
