Bad is an understatement... This me and my roomate undertanding about this bill summed up like this

section 201.1 "We have no plan, we have no responsibility to make a plan until you pass this bill. Then we will make a plan within 6 months. This plan will will include all our friends in the defense, media and banking industries and will last as long as we can possibly make it!"

201.2 "If federal government or our friends in the private sector industries we choose to include decides a threat to OUR interests (Foreign or Domestic) is immanent... WE DECLARE AN EMERGENCY! (And heighten public fear levels) We will than act with the advice of our friends in the private sector as we feel necessary, for as long as we feel necessary, and than we'll put everything back the way it was before... WE PROMISE ^-^"



We'll its no wonder when you consider the great and noble heritage of the most influential senator pushing the bill. I didn't get the chance to read it all. 55 pages of legalize is taxing lol. I'll likely have further thoughts as I look further for a definition of "Threat".
