Everybody is abused!
Hi everyone,
I am very concerned about the fact that we, the people , everyone that doesn't agree that we are abused by the system, day by day. From the lady who has to clean the hallway , everyday she has to receive new tasks that ware not discussed when she began working or staying longer at work, to the manager of a company who has to make his/her contribution in creating profit for the company, for example not renewing the equipment when needed or not hiring enough people but exploiting the existing ones. From the seller to the dispatcher, everybody has to lie in order to achieve their targets. From a programmer architect who has to find every time solutions when the company is cutting corners for profit, to a teacher who is overwhelmed by the "new" duties, everyone of us is abused.
Why don't WE say something, why don't WE recognize the abuse and let others know about it. I am shore WE are millions who are abused day by day, on and on and on. Why don't WE say a word or make a blog about this matter and show it to everyone, maybe they have to say something about this too!

I am waiting for your opinions.

RE: Everybody is abused!
A whole heatedly agree with you. I have been fired from A couple of jobs for outrage at this. In fact the exact phrase I tend to use when getting a new major responsibility is "Oh great, its time to renegotiate our "Verbal contract" again? Because I have alot of work place safety conditions I would like to address before we continue with your end of negotiation on behalf of my responsibilities..." 9 times out of 10 I get a favorable response from this. I must admit though if you have a boss that's of the mind "YOUR NOT PAID TO THINK!". Than your likely on the verge of quitting. So recommend a better line such as "Wrong sir. I'm not paid to think more than you, which try as hard as I might I just never seem to be able to do, I quit!"

Make sure everybody in earshot around you can hear to because if they get you mental enough to listen to me... your ex-coworkers could use the laugh and moral that some of these ball breaker bosses spend all day smashing to garbage so you don't feel you have the right to ask for better!

Please note. I may have Ataraxia (Public school councilor wanted me checked in grade 3, Never able to afford it.) if its true it means I'm mentally always set on "Life goes on" mode. If something like the scenarios above are stressing me out, all emotions are automatically shut down, I just look at things with cold logic. I dont mind having a few extra jobs if it is not much real extra work (IE an extra new form is added to your end of day records). Its when those extras could be constituting a whole extra employee are needed that We really need to speak up for ourselves.
