My opinion on the film.
Now before I viewed this movie, which was quite a while back now, I didn't consider myself as a religous person or an anti-religous person. I have always been open minded and not really had an opinion on the subjects brought up in the movie, simply because I didn't have any evidence to support anything and I hadn't looked into them properly and never felt the need to.
When I came across this film it really drew me in and it was a very interesting watch. The first film focuses on suppressed
historical & modern information about currently dominant social institutions, while also exploring what could be in store for humanity if the power structures at large continue their patterns of self-interest, corruption, and consolidation. I didn't just take it all in without any thought, I really considered what I was seeing and it just all made sense to me. I knew in my sub-concious mind previously that something just wasn't right and this is what I was looking for. The film opened my eyes and revealed the truth to me, which was its aim in the first place. This film changed me for the better and now I see the world for what it really is. I'd like to thank Peter Joseph for revealing what is really happening, because this is what his aim is, to help us all understand what is happening. To change the world for the better the strongest force, in terms in moving foward, is the people and we need to believe we can do it. These are the first steps and together we can eventually make the difference. Sure, there are always those who think it's all nonsense but for me it's not, it's not just one of those things I think about and just leave or forget and I don't want it to be for anyone else, I want to help, I want you to help because alot of people may not care about it now because it doesn't effect them directly but eventually it'll cause the world to be a very bad, negative place or more so than it is now.
They must find it difficult...those who have taken authority as the truth,
rather than truth as the authority.
Watch the movies and get others to watch them as I have been, I will be doing my part to get them known to as many people as I can. Feel free to reply with your thoughts on the film and what effect it had on you if any. Together we can save the world.

RE: My opinion on the film.
Like yourself I've always felt that something was not quite right, the information in these films was an eye opener!
I'm glad to see other people feel the same way.

RE: My opinion on the film.
i need to be enlightened a bit.

as for the movie, i am well pleased. but i fail to understand, how is it so many religions, religious institutions, leaders and so forth, failed to make the same highly scholarly work on our universe, and how is it that all of them failed to make the connection to what i feel is quite simple astronomy ?

ancient people have enormous knowledge of the universe, and nature, as when they get to a point where they do not have to worry about their next meal, they then explore the skies. doing so for many generations led to the knowledge of the universe we have today, which of course led to this Zeitgiest movie.

i suspect along the way some very uninformed people at high positions begin making up stories to entertain or to frighten the masses, or whatever the motive was. it was perhaps the crave for power, or perhaps the inability to understand astronomy, that has led to the many religions. so we now have many legions, none of which can explain the attributes of the stars as well as this movie did.

so my question is, how can mankind be eluded into such ridiculous religious stories for so many years, how could we be so blind ? where in the human trait is the weakness that led to this ?

many thanks.
